Beware of this provider- no ethics, can not speak and understand English or pretends! so does not explain anything and takes your money without consent beware do not handover your credit card to her as she puts the amount she likes and is super quick to PayPass with your card before you realise!. I went for a remedial massage and she started to upsell acupuncture and scrapping. I asked her to explain what these are and how it works as I never had any of this before. She kept saying it’s very good, very good and before I had even decided which treatment I want to go ahead with she used my card to make a payment of $145! I asked her to stop and she said done. I said I did not want to proceed with both acupuncture and scrapping but she did not reverse the transaction. I have receipt time as 4:30pm. She said - come other day! Trying to understand what the treatment was and looking at her language skills I found it hard to decide what to do and how to explain her next time that I had already paid for 2 treatments so finally decided to go ahead with both as I was doubtful of getting any money back. She used Pin and needles for about 5 minutes, no massage at all! This was acupuncture charged at $70! Then she started chatting to another person and got him in another room. She then did a short weird sort of massage for about 5mins and placed vacuum cups on my back. She then left me I the room and started treatment for the other person. I waited about 10 min and then asked if anyone was there, she left the other person and came to my room and I asked how long it would stay, she said 20min, checked my back quickly and left to treat the other person. Came back after another 10min , cups off and said all done! I was shocked- $145 for around 30-35min treatment with hardly 10-15min hands on and 20 min left with cups. I expressed my dissatisfaction and disappointment. I later realised I had huge red marks where cups were placed. I had a party next day and I was planning to wear a low neckline. She never explained this would happen. I sent her a message with photo of my back and expressing my dissatisfaction again. I said I would lodge a complaint. She messaged me back with a message making no sense at all. I said she is using some foreign language and using translator. She came back calling me loser because I don’t know Mandarin!! I don’t live in China lady! Then she lied and said I had treatment from 4:10pm-5:25pm. What a liar as I had the receipt to prove that the payment was processed at 4:30pm before I had Evernote finalised what treatment I want to proceed with. After leaving her place I took a bus. After getting off the bus I called my husband to pick me up. The call record shows the call at 5:19pm. She lied about the time and showed attitude instead of apologising! I would never go back again and will lodge a formal complaint!
Worst and most ineffectual massage I have ever had. She used a wooden tool, no depth, no care, no work on tight muscles, nothing. Very expensive and absolutely nothing remedial about it. Waste of time and money. Beware!
I called ahead to book a one hour massage, however when I arrived she immediately tried to upsell a package that was double the price. I wanted a one hour massage at $75 and because I mentioned my feet are sore I was pressured into foot scraping and acupuncture at $150. She was incredibly pushy and even picked up my wallet and opened it telling me to take the money out. I went along with it because I assumed she knows what she's doing. However, 2 days later my feet are even more sore and I can hardly walk now! So not only did I not get the massage I was expecting, but I ended up spending a ton of money and coming out worse off. During the session, she also made some inappropriate racist comments towards certain groups of people.
Zero customer service. Did not tell me she would do scrapping instead of massage then demanded more money after the service. Was not aware what scrapping entailed and was probably the worst experience of my life. Be aware!!! Scammer!!!
it was an awesome experience Just a quick message to say Thank You to Selena and Jackson who took care of myself and my husband on Saturday morning …it was an awesome experience, as it was the first time we’d ever had massages, and it definitely won’t be the last. Selena and Jackson handled the situation really professionally and it was just so enjoyable. My husband can’t stop talking about how great the whole experience was, and we’ll definitely be recommending this to our friends and family. Sophia
If you want to spend $150.00 for 45 mins, this is the place to go. Should have read the reviews before I attended, no wonder she was available lol
I visited the Clinic for cupping therapy with Selena due to shoulder and back pains. She first applied a cooling balm to my back before dipping a cotton pad in alcohol and setting it on fire. She carefully placed the flame inside the cups and quickly set them on my back. The heat did not touch my skin but I did get startled by the intense pressure I felt from the suction–like a prolonged, hard pinch. She started slowly sliding the cups up and down my shoulders, along the sides of my spine, and my lower back. As she continued, I acclimated to the unfamiliar sensation and started, finally, pains relief and relaxing.
Selena gives a really good, strong Chinese massage, which is different from the usual Swedish because it's done through cloth/toweling, rather than preventing abrasion with oil. The trick is to say no to additional treatments. Selena sees herself as a practitioner of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, herbs, etc, and models herself on a doctor, who you see to fix a condition. If she sees a problem, she will try to fix it, and there is a cost for that. If that's not what you want, just say no. Recommended
First of all when I walked in and asked for 45 minute massage she sighed and then looked at her watch so I explained even 15-30 minutes would be enough I just wanted my neck loosening. She then pulled up the front of my top and patted my stomach asking what is this? Baby? You married!!!! I explained no I was not!!!!! She then took me into a room and said take it off and lie down. I proceeded to lie face down to which she then placed a heat pack of my neck and pushed my head into the face hole, her massage technique was punching me back and forward with her hands and rolling me slightly. I did not say anything at this stage I thought maybe she was warming me up, this then continued for another 5-8 minutes which I then asked her to stop as this was not what I was expecting. She then said pay me $30!! Do I explained you only had me on the bed for 15 minutes at the most which she then replied “you got no money?? You pay me!!” So I handed over the $30 in digits and left at which point she told me if I didn’t have the money I should not come. The worst customer service I have ever received in a long time. I was mostly disappointed as I needed some pain relief for my neck and all I got was and insult, pushed around on a bed half naked and charged $30 for it. Disgusting.
I did not appreciate this massage at all. It was way to hard, I ask the lady be softer twice and I was told it was a "medical" massage and had to be hard. When I got home I found finger marks on my back and shoulders.
