Best pet shop in the North. Everyone is friendly knowledgeable and always keen to go the extra mile. Even Oreo the store cat! Worth a thousand pet chain stores.
Friendly staff,great selection for all things ,for your pets.Plus the fun parrots,cheeky shop cat and ever changing selection of chickens,Guinea pigs,kittens plus random boarding of holiday pets..love it.

South African family run business who happen to be the friendliest most helpful people you could hope to meet. Small dog gets groomed a few times a year by Cheryl who does an amazing job. You get the impression these guys love your pets as much as you do.
These guys are great, can highly recommend. We were really struggling with new tank syndrome and our axolotls were not looking good. After lots of googling, Youtube and phoning a specialist fish shop elsewhere, we were no further a head. We got the best advice from here. Very practical and didn't try and sell us things we didn't need. Thanks to you guys our problem is solved. We are so grateful and will definitely be back!
One of the best pet shops in Whangarei, especially if you are after fish knowledge. The staff are so friendly and I kept going back for advice when I started up my tank. Living south of Whangarei doesn't stop me either as I will make a special 20+ min trip to get my things from them, rather than another store.
Have always had an amazing experience at this store. Great stock and even better customer service, John and jordy have extensive knowledge about everything to do with fish and are willing to chat and share their knowledge. Love your work keep it up guys
