We had a great dinner here. The foods are tasty and yummy. The steak was really good quality. I also order beef salad snd it was fantastic. We also come back yesterday to celebrate my Birthday with Teppanyaki. The staffs so nice and book our table 5 of us in front of the cooking. Chef Kyoko was amazing. She is young, fun and a great cook. Thanks to make my bierthday specials.
A bit pricey for what the serve you get but it tastes great and staff were very friendly.
Slow service for 6 staff and about the same number of diners. Very ordinary food never did get our water asked for three times. Unfortunate as it could be so great, nice set up. There are just so many places cleaner, tastier, and offering overall better experience.
Great Food, good service, fun too
The Service was extremely bad. We had a groupon but the food was definitely not worth $70.00. We ordered extra fried rice but it was served five minutes after the main meal. We were never offered or served water during our entire night. We waited forty five minutes and then asked them to please remove our dirty dishes and could we please have the desert that was included in the meal, and what a mistake that was. The ice cream was disguting. They didnt care about the way we treated. We paid for our drinks and extra fried rice and could not leave that place fast enough.
Very average overall, the quality has dropped compared to previous times we have visited. First up we had to ask for drinks after we had been seated for quite some time. Second we had almost eaten all our main meal when the fried rice turned up late it was very bland and not one of us enjoyed it at all. I'm not one to normally complain I hope this post will improve the service and a positive can come for future diners.
Amazing! Delicious, fresh and cheap food cooked before your eyes. The chef is great fun and very entertaining with his tricks and jokes! Food is wonderful and big portions. Highly recommend!
Terrible ! We went to celebrate our sons 13th birthdsy, waited 25 mins to be served, waited another 25 mins for the food, only to be told they had run out of the dish we ordered The chefs looked bored, the wait staff indifferent ! Eventually paid a bill of $109 for a couple of bento boxes some spring roles and soft drinks. Out of 10, i would grudgingly give it a 1! Terrible night, never again .
A great place to get good quality Japanese food in nice surroundings. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The food was fresh and well presented. We had the bento boxes and seafood tempura. We were very impressed with the amount of sushimi in one and the amount of grilled meat in the yakirori bento box. The seafood tempura had a light batter which was prefect. Very generous servings for the price. If there was one minor issue, it was that our three mains were all brought out at different times. Otherwise a great night.
RUINED a highly anticipated Birthday Dinner. Stuffed up the booking and was forced to sit outside in the rain. Staff were rude, slow and could not care less. Waited 45 mins for drinks after waiting 30mins to be served. Would love to talk to the owner about his/her staff. NOT how a business should be run! LUCKILY the chefs did their jobs and food tasted great. WILL NEVER GO BACK and will tell family and friends to not wast their time!
