I have had wonderful care at the Satellite hospital. My issue had the potential to be serious and was handled quickly. Staff were friendly, thorough and the resources were advanced. My blood test was virtually painless, great nurses, pharmacist and doctor. I would recommend coming here if you need urgent assistance.
First visit to a satellite hospital and was very impressed. Great new fresh facilities and impeccable service. Both doctor and nurses very caring. Doctor very knowledgeable and he took time to explain everything. Didn’t feel in any way rushed and was very happy with the advice and treatment received. Great job Kallangur.
Excellent. The facilities are clean, organised and well set up. The reception staff are efficient and helpful. I was in seeing a doctor within 10 minutes. The doctor was very good, easy to talk to, experienced and thoroughly treated my injury. I went home within the hour. A convenient and quicker alternative to main hospitals. Thanks to all the great staff working Saturday evening.
Our 2 year old needed medical attention.nnThe Kallangur satellite hospital. Clean & functional. Everything from queening to receptionist, radiographer, nurse and lastly doctor who put shoulder strip on took 2 hours. A quick and streamlined process, the longest waiting was about 20 minutes waiting in line for reception to to start the intake process.
Took my almost 3 year old last night who’s been pretty sick, she usually has serious fears of doctors never lets any doctor check her however the staff and the doctors were so accomodating to her, explained what they were going to do, bubbly demeanour, patient and incredibly kid friendly, that she was happy to let the nurse and doctor check her over, it was incredible to witness as she has never done this in her 3 years of life. Waited around 2 hours but that absolutely fine, as when we got in, it was super quick, efficient and we were out within the hour with our results. I recommend this place! I’m incredibly amazed.
