I have been with this practice nearly 20 years. I have since left. The receptionists are rude and I had to wait 7 weeks for an appointment. Discusting. I'm a diabetic and they forgot to put insulin on my prescription. Glad I left this practice. Apparently you can only post a review if you rate them. My rating would be minus 5 but had to give them one star

Absolutely shocking services receptionist are rude, has really gone downhill can't even get an appointment anymore so disappointing.nEven in past emergencies told to go elsewhere. Would not recommend especially now the best doctors have gone  what's the point of running a service if you cannot provide the service... I'm not one to post feedback but after trying to get in 3 times this week and getting told to go to Westgate I am so disappointed

Had very bad service from the receptionist. I called up first thing in the morning to check the enrollment form I emailed had come through, and to organize an appointment. She told me the servers were down and she would get back to me which she never did. Stopped in to the clinic to check what was going on and no one had a clue. Called her the next morning and she didn't remember the conversation. Appalling service. She did say she could book an appointment without the enrollment for $80...

They do very well despite being short staffed. Very friendly staff and a big shout out for Dr Dean Foster - he tells you as it is - very refreshing.
