Very rustic road side BBQ by the sea. Food was amazing we had the platters for lunch & also bought a crayfish to take for dinner. Was impressed with the set up for scraps, cutlery and used plates. Well done.  Gabrielle Saville of Wellington

This is a place to have a real kiwi eating experience.  Order your seafood meal and sit outside on the roads edge. A farmer was moving his sheep to compliment the experience.

Stopped here on the way south with Dad on our long road trip. Place was busy and we opted for the platter to share between us, it was all cooked perfectly and was very reasonably priced given the quality of seafood. Will be back next time we visit Kaikoura!

Absolutely awesome. Me and my mate shared half a large cray. Beautifully prepared at a reasonable price. Excellent place to go if you want to try crayfish. Highly recommend +++.

Crayfish....Crayfish....Crayfish...what more can I say other than  perfect service,  insanely gorgeous crayfish and just utterly delectable

Foods are below average but price is above. Not recommended. View is nice.

Food was nice but we had to wait almost 40 mins to get it.
