The Snapper and oysters were great! Good batter and nicely seasoned. Our chips were not the freshest but they were still gladly consumed.
Great food and place to relax. Nice drive as well
Totally enjoyed, as far as the wait no big deal, went for a walk, watched the fishing boats come and go, had a cool chat with some bird watchers perhaps next time I will do a phone order so not to waste a minute of my precious life is spent waiting....cheers to busy staff...
Very good experience. Was insanely busy and was told a half hour wait but wasn't quite that long. Also very happy they have a dedicated fryer and prep area for gluten free. My friends were stoked. Well run.

Great local fish and chips. Chips were crunchy and well cooked. Fish was fresh. Prices are fair. Unfortunate for the 45min wait time, but not totally unexpected for the January holiday period.
Yummy fish, we tried 3 different types of fish. 2 fish and 1 chips was enough for 2 adults + 2 kids. We even couldn't finish chips. Same with our friends. Big portions.
Beautiful day, hassle-free parking, generous super-fresh fish and chips for lunch eaten sitting on the beach...what more could you ask for?
An enjoyable place to take a midway rest stop & enjoy the fresh local coromandel seafood when passing through on a weekend bike ride or to head down the road for dinner when chilling at the Miranda hot pools & cabins.
What can you say, this is the best place for your fix of seafood. There is something for everyone and the quality is superb. Should be on your bucket list!!
