Great quality providing you use the metal sided drawer system. For the people who complained about delays etc. Get over yourselves. Have you forgotten there's been a pandemic that were all dealing with. I thought the service was awesome. Friendly and efficient. Thankyou Bunnings
Do not use these guys. Terrible communication, told us it will be 4-6 weeks Multiple times and require you to pay in full up front. We’ve had nothing but a terrible experience. Little to no communication, have had to follow them up constantly, and after waiting and chasing up payment info so we could get underway, then waiting another month, last week was told our kitchen was in production and would be ready in 3-5 days, then got a call today saying production is delayed and they can’t give a timeframe. I understand delays but I don’t accept bad customer service.Meanwhile they continue to advertise EVERYWHERE! Do not use them as they won’t deliver on their promises. We have asked for our money back and will NEVER use again.
My second Kaboodle kitchen and this one I assembled myself. So much fun and very happy with the results
That's a rather odd question!! I purchased a Kaboodle kitchen last month and it arrived promptly. Easy and straight forward to assemble. Until it comes to the......blind corner basket cupboards, two in my case....installation. The measurements given DO NOT WORK. My builder spent hours trying to get these two baskets in each cupboard to work, including watching several Youtube instruction videos. They are a nightmare, best forget about these. Also the 3 tiered basket cupboard comes with a door that has two holes for two hinges, but not required as the door is fixed onto the baskets. So two ugly holes that require filling if you want it to look good when ajar.
Incredibly poor experience with Kaboodle so far. We have received two lots of panels now, both the original panels and the warranty replacement arrived with significant defects and damage likely due to poor and insufficient packaging as well as poor thermoforming. The arrival of these two lots of unusable panels has put our kitchen installation 6 weeks behind costing us more money. I am not the only case where panels of sub par quality have arrived multiple times either as I know of another person who has had the same experience. I would not recommend Kaboodle at all at this stage. Kaboodle, feel free to get in contact with me through Bunnings Petone to discuss
Product is great price, get what you pay for. Be aware that you will be redrilling and editing pre existing fixings, Warn clients of this. Overall not bad but not great
