I went with my friend from work last week and we both really enjoyed our pies! I had the award winning Thai Vegetable Curry Pie and my friend the Three Pepper Steak Pie and we both thought they had great flavour! the lady that served us was super friendly also - would go back again.

I was thrilled to have vegan pies locally, which are by the way delicious. Unfortunately the staff member has been really inappropriate. Weve been there many times, with vegan and non vegan friends, we all love the pies. Each time I've been asked if I'm vegan and how long for. With rhetoric around why they'd never go vegan (?) Last time whilst we were waiting, I was showing a friend a photo of my aunties goose and the staff member interrupted us to make a joke about it being a "Christmas Goose". Very disrespectful unwelcome conversation, terrible customer service. After a third visit with rude comments we've decided to go elsewhere. Shame because pies are amazing and it would be awesome not to be questioned and disrespected whilst ordering them. Not suitable for vegans unless you can manage the running commentary that accompanies your food. My non vegan friends found it equally rude so it all depends on how much you want those pies 😳
