Just an amazing experience! Hans is very knowledgeable and really wants the best for your puppy/dog and to make the environment 100% comfortable for the owner too. Marli was not confident before going to K9 coach puppy classes, and after the 4 weeks she was a new happier puppy. she also went for free with me being her handler as our family friend was learning to be a trainer, with the best mentor, which was very kind and generous of Hans! we loved our experience and will always go to K9 Coach for all our future puppies and dogs. defiantly recommend everyone with a new puppy or a dog that needs help to go here

Fellow puppy and dog owners. Please do not be swayed by a previous inaccurate assessment of Hans' teaching skills. We are fresh out of his latest puppy school - our vet says he is the best in the business - and he is excellent. Paramount to training a puppy according to Hans are manners and boundaries, and he teaches the dogs how to trust their handlers, whilst training the handler. We all learned an enormous amount. 5 stars from us.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hans and his passion and dedication to all things dogs and owners. My husband and I have used K9 Coach’s services both in-home and in a juvenile class. Hans passes on practical information and encourages owners to ask questions at any time and is so patient. We have gone from having an anxious dog that couldn't be left alone or walked without a battle, to a calm friendly dog that is happy while we are out of the house. With the in-home training Hans followed up after each session to make sure we understood and could manage the training. The juvenile class was a good size and mix of breads which helped our dog with socialisation. The training facility in Burwood is very clean and there is plenty of space. 5 stars from the owners and more importantly 5 licks from our doggie! Thank you Hans!
