'JACOBS' Roof Tiling has been operating for over 80 years and has always been a family run business. We are leaders in service, professionalism and quality in the supply and repair of concrete and terracotta roof tiles, both new and used. Our large storage facilities enables us to maintain an extensive range and stock of new and second hand roof tiles. This means we are able to meet the needs for an increasing demand for tiles to match existing roofs for needs such as the growing homeowner extension market in Canberra. Our pricing structure is keenly competitive with all other companies fixing roof tiles in Canberra. We are a member of the Master Builders' Association, the Housing Industry Association and the Master Roof Tilers and Slaters Association of NSW.

Very impressive service all around from KW Jacobs for a small order that saved us a lot of hassle.  We needed some Swiss tiles for a 20yr old house that Boral told we could only 'pick up in Sydney', so it was great to be able to rock up here, only a little down the road, on a Friday afternoon, have a friendly greeting by someone who understood what we needed & dispatched a truck to check the other site straight away. 10 minutes later and I had a boot full of tiles at a good price from a friendly crew.  Thanks, team - it's the service with a smile for a small number of tiles that impressed us the most. Very much appreciated & recommended.

The person that served me what very helpful and knew about the roof tiles. He knew about my roof tiles straight away plus what colour it comes in.

Great friendly and courteous service from a reliable roof tile supplier.

I spoke over the phone with Adrian after 2 unanswered emails, I sent pictures and measurements and he said yes I have those tiles. I took a day off work and drove 300km to the shop only to find out he couldn't be bothered to measure or even look at the tiles. I was after concrete tiles and the ones he showed me were terracotta and 20mm longer. It was a bloody waste of my time and money! So after weeks trying to organize this and a 600km round trip I am back to the start!!

Needed a small number of replacement roof tiles and they were very friendly and helpful even for such a small order.

Excellent service had the tiles I required in the colour I needed, even loaded them into my car. Will use Jacobs again.

Before we sign in they said we will complete the job in 2 days... They said we did the roofing job in dfo within a week... It's been almost a month n they still haven't completed the job.. It was raining n they didn't put caps and what damaged our walls ..... Worst experience ever had ......
