MELON PAN SPECIAL n: @kori_icecreamn: Glenferrie Rd, Hawthornnn: Late night post-dinner dessert runs to Kōri Ice Cream in Hawthorn. Managed to get my hands on a few specials during my visits!nn: Looooved the warm Melon Pan, toasted with butter and sandwiching a scoop of ice cream in between. I’m a fan of the orange and chocolate combination quite controversial for some, I’m aware , so I got the Mandarin Jaffa Brownie, whichw as refreshing and indulgent!
Fuji apple and milk tea ice cream were our favourite. Not a fan of the matcha. Hojicha was pretty good too. Our dog loves the pumpkin cookies.
Best ice cream in Melbourne. Highly recommend matcha, matcha pistachio and hojicha flavours. All paired with the black cone.
A small ice cream shop that focuses on Asian flavours like matcha, Fuji apple, Hokkaido cheese cake, etc. We tried the strawberry and coffee flavours and it was really good. The strawberry wasn't too sour and the coffee wasn't too sweet. They also have weekly special flavours. Pricing is a little expensive compared to other ice cream places but you are paying for the unique flavours.nFood - 8nService - 9nVibe - 9nPrice - $$
No doubt this is my favourite ice cream place in Melbourne. They have so many interesting flavours but my personal favourite is probably the Dasssai sake, followed by Hokkaido cheesecake and hojicha green tea. They also have seasonal flavours eg. Halloween, Valentine's Day, etc. and occasional collabs with other brands / bakeries as well.
