Good location. Decent sized flat but very run down. The shower door was broken when we arrived, the wifi we paid for would never connect to our devices. The bed sheets and spare blankets were torn and dirty, and there was no hand soap given. There were also beginning signs of mould in the showers. The residents who live in the apartments that are part of K Resort were not courteous and were extremely loud at all hours of the day and night.Over priced for low quality service/product

Nice, clean, spacious units within 5 minutes walk from the heart of Surfers Paradise. The staff are friendly and helpful, the outside areas are well maintained and easily accessible and the pool and spa are clean. Recommended for budget conscious families.

Reasonable sized apartment. Decor dated slightly but you aren't paying exorbitant prices per night. Air con. Tv. Fridge/freezer. Pool and spa weren't busy. After hours check in was made easy with a key safe. And secure parking with allocated bays made for a enjoyable stay. Close to the heart of town too!

Great little place for family. Neat and tidy and lots of room..Close to everything. Enjoyed my stay there.

Good value for money, great pool nice warm spa close to everything. Rooms could use a little bit of maintenance though.
