For over 55 years now, it has been the tradition in our family to trust in the care and service of KM Smith for funeral arrangements. On each occasion, it has been a comfort to know that we have been guided by compassionate and experienced hands and that every detail is taken care of, to an impeccably high standard. On the recent passing of my beautiful mother, a special thank you to David and Karen who have walked the journey and supported and comforted us from start to finish. To Scott who guided us in real time and made all the logistical arrangements faultless. To all the staff behind the scenes that I never met, thank you. Everything was perfect on the day. Mum looked so peaceful and beautiful for the viewing. The flowers were stunning. The AV and booklets were perfect...special thank you to Megan. They will be a permanent reminder of her. From the attention to detail throughout and to the special touches, thank you. In our time of grief, we are so very grateful that Mum got the send off she deserved, thank you to all at KM Smith.

K M Smith attended to our Aunt's Funeral on 30.11.22. We had quite a few special requests for the service, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.  The funeral was a theatrical event and choreographed to timings of music.  David, Karen and Gordon carried out rehearsals prior to the start of the service to ensure everything was spot on.  We were nervous about the running of the sideshow, but K M Smith staff took over that responsibility too.  The gentleman who did the live streaming was very professional in his approach.  The end product was perfect.   I can highly recommend the wonderful service supplied by K M Smith and their staff.

KM Smith were wonderful with helping us plan my Dad's funeral this week. We could not fault their professionalism, attention to detail & kindness & respect shown to me, my Mother & entire family. Any questions were answered quickly. Special mention to Scott Cousins & David who cared for us on the day. We could not fault the whole team. We would highly recommend using KM Smith.

Throughout the whole journey Russell and his team were supportive, thorough, sensitive, professional and respectful. From the moment we contacted KM Smith Funerals we were impressed. Lynn Wynnum office was caring and compassionate when planning my Dads funeral. They listened to our requests and delivered 100% on them. Knowing that Dads service was being looked after by professionals allowed my family and I to not worry about the finer details. KM Smith was recommended to me by a friend and from the moment I emailed an enquiry I knew I was in the best of care. Timely, caring response willing to accommodate whatever we needed for our beautiful 6 year old. I cannot begin to express my sincere gratitude for the way all your team responded to my and my daughters needs, in particular Remy. From keeping me informed of the process and where she was going was so important to me. Remy made sure Ava was never alone. Remy helped organise a specially made casket with princess warrior imagery, as well as a beautiful urn box to match. I appreciate the time I was able to come to sit with my daughter the days after she passed. This was so important to me and without it I would feel regret. Remy attended to my every need as was there for me every step of the way. On the day of the funeral Remy and her team made sure everything was seamless. We had a lot of people interstate and international who wanted to join the service and the quality of your live streaming was superb, we received the best feedback and people felt so included on the day. Even the editing of the video and overlay of music was perfect. I feel my words can’t do justice to how grateful I am to KM Smith who made the worst time in my life easier and more beautiful than I could ever have imagined. Eternally grateful.

We have just a funeral for my husband and K.M. Smith were exceptional. They made us feel comfortable and comforted.

From our first meeting with Marion we knew we were in good hands - she checked in with me often to make sure we were going ok.  Rod and Jory took care of everything on the day of Dad’s funeral - they were such gentlemen and very kind.  They explained all the procedures so we knew exactly what was happening next.  It was a lovely occasion, if you can say that about a funeral.  The kindness and support given made it feel like they saw it as a privilege to be providing the service, not a chore.  Thank you very much to everyone who looked after us.

I have always admired the history of this company ,and after they did my husbands funeral I understand why. Garry came to the house, he was kind helpful and made the process easy for us.
