Just Man'oushe

Reasonably good manoushe place, well located right in the heart of Wynyard. The manoushes are pre-made, and just put back into the oven to heat up. They are not as fresh and crispy as I would expect, and don’t quite have the flavour of authentic manoushe shops and a little more expensive too, but this one is in the CBD They are open very early in the morning though, so extra points for convenience, as I can get a breakfast manoushe on the way to work

Love this place. Excellent food and very affordable prices. Other reviewers seem to want service on top of that, but I find the staff fine and deliberate which keeps most of the many customers happy and moving through relatively quickly. Can’t go wrong with oregano and mixed cheese manoushe, really good and only $6. Haven’t tried pizzas but they look alright.

Good place but slow service don't and also it's a very tiny place to dine in its better to order online or pickup n eat somewhere else good options too decent tastes not bad no great expectations of service jus another place

Tried meat cheese mix and oregano manouzhe, it was soft, moisture, and well balanced flever.

Used to be tasty but not anymore... They are too slow! Don't go there at peak time i.e. lunch time. I had to wait longer few times before but the last time they gave me something else after a long waiting.... The guy on counter realized I have been waiting since too long and he just gave me something else - the bread wasn't even fresh!! not going there again.

Don't waste your time. I went on the site and ordered for delivery. I then got a confirmation SMS that the order was accepted. Then I got a phone call saying that some of the manoush types weren't available potato and shankleesh. I said that is fine and that just another cheese and another meat would be fine to replace it. Then I got another call 5mins later saying sorry there's no delivery today. I asked for a refund and was told they weren't sure how. So now i'm walking 20 mins in the blistering heat to this place and get ANOTHER call saying the mini manoush isn't available. I don't know how this was missed from the time of the first call. So whilst i'm on the phone walking and explaining what full size manoush's I'll have instead....i get hung up on. Then I get another call oncee again and I say I'll have a cheese, meat, sucuk and egg and i'll take the dessert nutella one. I get told no we don't do/have dessert manoush only baklava. When I got there, there was one poor girl on her own trying to serve about 15 or 20 people in line. You can tell how hard she was trying and it was obvious to see that management didn't have the decency to see fit that another person should be at front. She was trying to manage the order and get the cooked product for those who already ordered. She has only been there 2 shifts she told me. Whoever owns the business doesn't know what they are doing. They also don't know how to maintain their site to be correct and current. I had to walk back to work another 20 mins and my lunch was already over. Cold manoush does NOT taste nice. I hope that lovely girl quits and finds somewhere better.

I’ve been coming to this place for a while because it’s the only decent manoushe in the city and on the way home for me. The big person owner/person working in the shop has always been very rude. Never smiles and always answers rudely. Today was the final straw. I asked a week ago how much in advance do I have to place an order because the following week I have to take a large order to a party. I was told a days notice should be sufficient. Yesterday I dropped by and placed my order, informed them of the time and also paid 100% in advance. The person confirmed twice whether I’ll be there exactly at that time or +-30min. I said exactly at that time. Today when I rocked up to the shop, the big guy in the glasses and a goatee said very rudely “it’s not ready”. I asked what does that mean and he just repeated himself. The young bloke at the counter said we have 3 orders and couldn’t prepare. I then asked him how that was an issue given that I placed an order yesterday and was the first to order. Anywho. I was eventually told it will take 30-50 mins and was then refunded. I am now on my way to a potluck party without any food. Not going here again.

We made a $180.00 order for 5:45pm for a work event. It turned up 1.5 hours late at 7:15pm. Late is ok, but the most disappointing thing is that the guy called my mobile at 6:45pm to say because it was so late the order would be free and I’d be refunded. I called a week later to ask about the refund and he said that he didn’t know who I was and that he never offered a refund, after many prompts he eventually remembered my order and his promise to refund, he said that he was no longer going to refund despite is verbal promise to do so. I don’t care about the money – it’s was a work funded event, but making an offer to refund and then just totally cancelling it is awful customer service.

Simply awesome maneesh, the traditional arabic flatbread with olive oil and spices. Done in traditional Jordanian style always cooked fresh and the herbs and spices are 100% authentic. Only problem is the haphazard attitude to opening times. If its open do not miss out on a real treat.

Thoroughly enjoyed the pepperoni. Hot, fresh and great tasting with good prices. Couldn’t ask for anything more from Just Man’oushe.
