Thanks Neil! Amazing customer service - so rare these days. Knew the stock, the styles, even the history of each style, what would suit my teenage son, sized by looking, entertained me with stories throughout. Then price-matched to make me happy. We'll be back!
This actually feels like a slightly ridiculous thing to say, but today I had far and away the best jeans buying experience of my 38 years on earth, and I have to put it down to the gentleman who served me, Neil. He was really attentive to every customer in the shop it was quite busy, got everyone involved in each other's buying processes and just provided a great service. My only regret is that I've left it two years before re-visiting the store. I'll be back soon, for sure.
Great clothes and brilliant service. I like the fact that the sales staff Neil in this case know their stuff and will make sure the clothes you're getting are the right ones for you. Never been to a store where someone has put in so much effort!
