Will never attempt to get parts from Just Hilux again. Rang up to get a price on a part, as last time I emailed and it took 3 days to get a reply. Gave me a price over the phone, so I asked if he had the part in stock and was told "I don't know I'd have to look on the shelf". That's fine, I understand you're busy, but the next line should have been "Let me get your number and give you a call back when I find out", however I just got nothing. When I asked "Do you think you could find out?", I got; "I'd have to look on the shelf". Made absolutely no attempt at being helpful and gave me rude one word answers, treating me like a time waster. Seems like you don't want to sell parts, so I won't be buying anything from you in future. I don't normally leave negative reviews, though this experience (and the previous one) definitely warranted it.

Delt Direct with the Boss Mick , from start to finish had a fantastic experience with this company , not only where they punctual but they didn't just say no I don't have the part & hang up on me , they actually gave me the time of day to help out & source the part for me . Wow what an experience I am from Sydney & I rang all over & didn't get no where near the same attitude . So thank you Mick & Just Hilux I will definitely be recommending everyone I speak with & you have my Business for Life . Much appreciated

Went out of there way to help me. Needed a new motor and these guys managed to get it through insurance so all i ended up paying was $700 excess instead of thousands $$. Been a customer for over 12 months now, couldnt be happier with the service. i send all my friends to them. Stoked, thanks guys.

Nothing but a bunch of rip offs. would not recommend at all, sells a dodgy part and won't help sort it Out, just says he didn't want to hear about it.

BEWARE RIP OFF!!! 🖕🖕 Customer service hopeless👎👎i was asking for couple of prices, asking to much Need more education on pricing. They want more for they're worth new from the dealer. Call ozwide 4x4 ph 9746 6302
