Went there with my toddler for a haircut for him. Told there was a 40 min wait, which was fine. Gave my name and number expecting a call or text when ready........went back after 40 minutes and stood waiting another 40.......? No contact at all, left frustrated. 🙄😤

I used to have good experiences here with my 5 year old. Today hubby bought him back from just cuts with an uneven fringe and obvious layers throughout his hair, all uneven. Obviously a rush job.... Oh and my son starts prep in a week. Very unhappy.

I experienced the most terrible customer service from a hairdresser in my life by the team member named Barb. Her comments and demeanor were completely unprofessional and offensive. "We don't do those hairstyles anymore"; " You don't want that"; after sweeping off some hair fallen onto my lap she barked out "I can't help it if hair falls on your lap"!!

AVOID THIS SHOP!! OVERPRICED BLOW WAVES!!!! I called up for a quote for a simple blow wave (no style just blow wave straight). The person said they don't do quotes over the phone so I went there today. My hair is very, very fine and the length is just past my shoulders, only takes 20mins to blow wave straight. I asked the hairdresser how much to blow wave my hair straight (no styling involved), she had a very quick look at my hair and said $70!! I thanked her and walked out. I then visited 3 other hair dressing salons at Ringwood Eastland (Melbourne) and they all quoted me between $40 - $45.00. Seriously SAVE YOUR MONEY and shop elsewhere if you want a simple blow wave.

Beyond expectations! An exceptionally friendly and high quality service and I'm very happy with my haircut. I'll definitely be returning.
