Top service from an excellent team of genuinely friendly, really well-informed professionals. They have a great range of products and Tom, the showroom manager, gave us top-shelf advice and helped us to make the right decisions, taking the sting out of the whole experience. Really happy to shop at a local, Sydney based company. Nothing was too tricky and the price was very fair as well. Parking easy on Renwick St and they've pretty much all your bathroom needs in one, manageable space.

The Staff here are great. The showroom although small is far better than most of the leading retailer showrooms. Even though my company has a long standing account with other large plumbing retailers and wholesalers, I thoroughly recommend the guys at Just Bathroomware Drummoyne.  I found all of the items I needed for my own bathroom here, for far less Effort, Cost and Time compared to my usual trade suppliers.  Their product knowledge and exceptional customer service has me recommending them to all of my clients and friends.

I dealt with Jennifer Simpson throughout my purchase and delivery. Not only she shown her entire professionalism and dedication, she also was extremely visional and knowledgeable in the products she helped me to choose. She understood my needs and respected my little knowledge of bathroom accessories and connections; and attended to them and to my builder' questions whilst I was renovating bathroom. I cannot speak highly enough about her service. I will without hesitation recommend my family and friends to contact her when needing in a future.

I would not consider going anywhere else for bathroom ware. Excellent choice in brands, styles but Im mostly reviewing on the service. Jennifer and Tom in balmain have been so helpful with their advice and knowledge of product and suppliers. I cannot rate Just Bathroomware highly enough, what a pleasure to know they want my bathroom to end up as beautiful as I do.

I rang your Drummoyne shop a few days ago regarding basic Toto toilet set priced 2100 each  quote I’ve got from lane cove shop  and the staff said she will ask someone to call me back. However , I’ve never received the call.  So today I went to the Drummoyne shop myself  and wish to make a purchase.  When we talk abt the price, ur staff gave me a 3300 aud quote for the same product. When I told her that I’ve got a quote for 2.1k from the other shop and I wanna purchase 3 sets so could she give me a better price , pls . She told me that I can go to whoever wants to sell me that price and she has been alway talking to me with an attitude . I’m not sure  how good she is at sales but I’m extremely upset abt her attitude and ur customer service . Good luck with ur business with such a  rude and careless staff member in ur team

I have been working with Tom at Just Bathroomware for a couple of years now and always find him to be super accomodating, professional, knowledgable and nothing is too hard.  The products stocked by Just Bathroomware are quality and well priced - Cant recommend these guys enough!

My experience initially was average . After a few visits and expressing my issues we finally were able to move forward with the purchases . Thank you Tom for understanding my concerns and for your assistance .
