Drove all the way to Taylors Lakes from Macedon Ranges to take the grandkids for the afternoon. Got to the address and couldn't find it. Tried to call and the number was not connected. I feel that if this centre is closed then someone should point that out. Hence, I am.
I recently had my daughter's birthday party here. The staff was nice to me but later my friends told me that the staff was actually quite rude to them and even the kids. One of the staff had told a parent you will have to leave just cause he was standing near the coffee machine. To add to this there was a lot of pressure for me to pack up and leave the room. My party was from 12.30pm to 2pm. since its only 1.5hrs you would think you would at least get the whole 1.5hrs. Staff started telling me that they need the room soon for me to start packing up. I didn't realise it was not even 1.45pm. so really you don't even get the 1.5hrs. You have a party in a play centre so you could have a stress free day, it was definitely not the case for me. The place was too small, it is impossible to have more than two birthday parties there. But they allow 3 or 4. Staff were not wearing uniforms so it was very confusing to know who are staff and who are not. Overall I did not have a great experience
Yesterday 4th Feb '12 we celebrated my son's birthday party there - it was great. We have too many little guests 22-25 of them - they all had load of fun. Parents' also enjoyed. Nice platter food for adults, great food for kids - all customized as per our need / liking. One of the best attractions - indoor play area as well as outdoor one!! Thanks Jungle Mania!!
Said it opened at 9:30. After arriving this morning and waiting outside for 20min, no one arrived and big padlock on the door. Really frustrating as we had woken my baby daughter getting her out of the car and my 2 year old toddler did not understand it was closed. A nice morning turned into boring start and a grumpy toddler.
Friendly staff who look after you and the entire family. The kids have a ball playing and adults can some time to themselves. Great for parties and a bite of lunch :
It's a really good place for kids at any age and the customer service is very on it. My kids and I loved it. Would def go again.
Was my second time here for a birthday party. Nice that it's not so big like alot of other play centers. Easier to find your child.
Great place for kids to play and parents close to supervise Staff also excellent!
Amazing customer service and such a fun place for the kids one of my favorite play centres
Large indoor play centre with extremely helpful and friendly staff. A must for entertaining children in terrible weather.
