This was the most awful and degrading experience. I was told I looked like a male with my hair tied back. This lead to having a low self esteem and hating the way I look. I would not recommend this course to anyone. I found that June was more interested in sharing her own personal stories and big noting herself then teaching about etiquette.

I sent my daughter to JDW's modelling course and was VERY disappointed with the course and June Dally Watkins herself.  I can't believe the supposed 'queen of etiquette' was so dam rude and self centered.  The course was based on the general idea that young women should do as JDW tells them and not think for themselves. Everyone should wear the same colour makeup and use the same skin care products, pffft. No jeans, no boots.... in spite of jeans and boots being a WHOLE industry on their own!!  Seriously outdated and impractical.  

When I dropped my daughter off for the first day of the course, JDW was quite shocked that I had a dog with me.  She had never heard of or seen a Guide Dog before and was unaware of Guide Dog etiquette rule no 1.: don't engage with the dog - she patted my Guide Dog without asking - shame on you JDW, Guide Dog etiquette is much more important than crossing your ankles and using the right fork.
