It's a good idea to get the combo deals if you have 4 Jumpers, compared to individual prices. Apart from trampolines, they also have an Under 5 play area and the Climbing Wall require closed toe shoes. You MUST have one of their branded socks. If you have brought other branded ones, ask for a Sock Swap for $1 instead of paying full price. Cafe inside with plenty of seating. However, it can get quite hot inside in summer
We celebrated our son Arjun’s Birthday on 10th Aug 11.40 am and it was wonderful!! Would really like to appreciate Cheralee for advising and arranging the exact way we wanted ! And Billie our host was wonderful - she was really lovely, helpful and the kids enjoyed with her !! Thanks a lot Bounce Northshore making my son’s birthday a very good one !!
Staff were not friendly.nStaff were not friendly.nWe were not allowed to bring external socks and had to purchase one from them.nThe excuse that was given was 'health and safety' but my kids have visited numerous of these kind of facilities in the past and their trampoline socks were never turned back.nSo feels like a way to squeeze a few $$ from one-time customers
Amazing! Thank you team. We ended up having 6 extra kids at the birthday which totalled to 15 and the team were so amazing!! So accomodating, party was amazing. Thank you to Juliana she was so awesome and amazing. We had everything we needed. Thank you team , much appreciated x
We had an amazing time at Bounce! The whole experience was fantastic, and Billie, our host, made it even better. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Billie went above and beyond to make our time special, and the kids absolutely loved her! Thank you to the Bounce team for making our day memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
