I have only rented once, and that was a very long time ago. Back then, I was very surprised at how renters were treated which wasn't very good. This wasn't the case with Sharon and her team in particular Monique. They both made the entire process easy. Monique had a lovely phone manner and was very helpful and professional. I mainly dealt with Sharon who was amazing from the very beginning. I explained my situation to her, and she was so helpful and keen to help my son and his two friends find a rental property. She was very communicative throughout the entire process, very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly recommend Sharon and her Team. Thank you for everything!
Entering into rental living after being an owner occupier for over 20 years was daunting. While i felt fortunate to find an amazing rental property to live in, having a great property manager makes all the difference. Natalie Stevens at Ray White always provided me a professional and genuine service, with great communication. When I had to unfortunately break my lease, Natalie made it easy to arrange this and was understanding of the circumstances. Highly recommended.
A property manager can make or break a tenant's experience. I am happy to say that Natalie Stevens is by far the best property manager I have dealt with over the last 20 years. Her professionalism and courteous nature was very much appreciated during our tenancy. She was always responsive via email and exceeded all of our expectations. Natalie sets a high bar for other property managers and we wish her all the best in the future.
After more than a decade renting in Brisbane, Natalie and the team have by far been the best real estate I've been with as a renter. Very prompt on repairs or issues, and so easy to deal with. Even breaking my lease early because I bought a house, they were so helpful. Highly recommended and a great last renting experience.
