Very grateful to be able to walk in without a booking but don’t think I’ll be back in the future. The technician went quite deep on my nail beds with the file and the drills, and dismissed my request of removing excess polish off of my cuticles and fingertips, because “nobody can see that”. The overall finish of the shellac is lumpy and there’s spots that are uneven. Very unprofessional and I felt rushed out the door, with her doing last touch ups on my nails whilst standing up on her way to do another client’s nails.

I’m sorry Ladies, But being in the beauty industry myself, my treatment yesterday was very unpleasant. I booked in to get my sns redone. I soaked, she took the old sns off and then asked me to pick a colour. I showed her a picture on my phone of some nail art. She looked very confused and unconfident that she could do this for me. That alone annoyed me as you display you do nail art and if she didn’t feel confident to do it herself I would of hoped that she checked with the other two ladies there if they could help out. I was basically told no. She attempted but it was a complete fail, I could of gone somewhere else if I knew this was the case. Now I’m left with a flat colour I never wanted. The other major problem are the cuts I received on majority of my cuticles. The constant stinging and tenderness I have felt in the last 12 hours is super annoying. I have been using a mixture of tea tree oil and lavender oil to avoid any infections or inflammation I may receive because of negligence to a persons skin. Infections around the nail bed is a super serious problem. The shape is also questionable. I didn’t want to cause a scene yesterday in front of your clients, so I’m sorry I’m venting here. Word of mouth travels far around this area, please be more careful with your clients.

Came in for sns, this lady started ripping off my fake nails ripping all my nail beds off, then started cutting them shorter and ended up cutting one nail so short it started bleeding, she obviously was not happy about working today, gave me complete attitude when I walked in , trying to get me out of the door as quick as possible! Loveeee coming back here to get my nails done. Great customer service, the girls here are thorough with their work and very reasonable prices compared to other places. Both shellac or sns last me 5+ weeks and the only reason I need to go back is because my nails grow way too quickly. Highly recommend them!

This was my go to place for sns and pedicures. Unfortunately todays experience left me not wanting to come back. I had my pedi which was fine but my sns, every nail is a different length, shape and thickness, i actually hate them. I asked her to put a tip on one nail and she did, she then cut my natural nail on the other hand too sort and they both needed tips to match, but they still don’t match. The was complaining that they were different lengths to start with but she actually cut them all. Not to mention, if they were different lengths. It was her because it was the same girl who did them 4 weeks ago. After today, don’t think I’ll be back.Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

I went to get sns today and when I told the lady that the color looked different to what was on the displayed chart that I had chosen… she blamed this on having darker skin. I asked wouldnt this make the color darker and not lighter since the skin is darker underneath and she just said it’s because the nail bed is white on the charts and you are darker. It’s your skin. …. This was an older lady… she also was very rough and went too deep with the nail files into the cuticle bed which was quite painful quite a few times. Not happy I just paid and left

Had my nails done last week and noticed they were cracking and wearing alot faster than usual which was disappointing. Called up to let them know there was an issue and they booked me in for an appointment the next day to redo them entirely. Very appreciative of this!Service:&nbsp;Manicure
