So disappointing. Chips were somehow burnt and under-cooked at the same time. Potato scallops were burnt and dry. Ordered 4 pineapple fritters and only got 3 1/2 ?! Save your time and money, go elsewhere.
It used to be a great spot for fish and chips, but the prices have increased, and the portion sizes have shrunk. The fish is now smaller compared to other shops nearby. I've also noticed that when the female shopkeeper is serving, the portions are noticeably smaller.
Food is great. Easily the best in the belmont area. Doesnt feel too greasy, batter is light and crispy. Owner is very friendly and prices are reasonable.
Greatest piece of snapper I have eaten in a long time.Their spring rolls are divine.Great service and best fish and chips.Congratulations on providing such awesome fish and chips.
Classic neighbourhood fish and chip shop. Fish was crisp, fresh, very juicy and reasonably quick. Chips were done nicely. You go there for the food, not the ambiance. Will be going back again for sure.
