Great customer service! This such a consistently honest, reliable and well run shop. Hard to find and so appreciated.Their service reps and mechanics are amazing, and the only oil you'll find in their garage is the real stuff in the pans and on their hands. They do things better than any mechanical shop around, and if they don't fix it the first time, they make good on their work and their word.

Extremely unprofessional, evasive and dishonest. Renaldo and his team misdiagnosed the issue with our car at the outset and when I sent it back to them to be repaired (again) under warranty, I was fed a fabricated story. My partner and I were given the run-around and told a new alternator was put in under warranty, meanwhile it had not. They were lying through their teeth pretending their English was poor, having done bugger all and simply handed the car back because they couldn’t be bothered doing a proper job. Abrigado boys. In the end, I requested for formal documentation to verify they had attended to the vehicle when they had claimed to and this could not be produced. Seems like these guys think they are working in São Paulo and view Australians as stupid. Little do they know I actually work in immigration and will be reporting their shoddy set-up to the DIBP. I suspect management employs dubiously qualified mechanics with little practical experience on student visas and most likely underpay them too. If they are paying their staff under award or visa compliance is not being adhered to (>20 hours weekly on a subclass 500) there will be consequences. The only person I trust in this establishment is Joao as he is the only one with any morality about him. The others need to wake up and realise they are in a country with standards and they need to respect the people that they rely on for a livelihood. Lying might make you money in Brasil. It’ll put everything you have at risk in this country.

Used the landline phone number in the Groupon voucher to book for the service, got a message that the number had been disconnected. Got another landline number from the internet, rang and got the same message. Went to the website and it gave some forbidden message. The following day called the mobile number given in the Groupon voucher, talked to the guy who said the landline number (obtained from the internet) had been fixed. Brough the car there for service in the morning and was told would take about 1 hour. I said I said I’d pick up the car at lunch time, and they said they’d call me at lunch time . No call from them so call them after lunch and they said the car could be picked up at 3pm. Picked up car and was not given a paper on service done to the car (admittedly I did not ask for it when picking up the car but I should not need to ask). They said everything was good, though at the time I knew that steering wheel oil was below the low mark and they did not see it. Got home and got a call from them asking me to bring the car back since they saw some oil leak on ground outside the shop where the car was parked. Brought the car back the day later for them to check, and it was just some oil collected around the oil filter when they were replacing it. The mechanic that I talked to had accent in his voice it was hard for me to understand him over the phone. Overall not very impressed.

FUTURE CUSTOMERS.! DODGY MECHANICS.! My friend had a engine replaced at this workshop, long list of poor quality work carried out including, wrapping up the cracked intake pipes with electrical tape, cracked and squashed engine harness plugs, leaking rear main seal, emission pipes cracked split and falling off and have been wrapped to somewhat try to conseal.. damaged wiring hidden under the engine cover that has been deliberately pushed apart that has shorted out, lots more to list and he also refused to repair or even look at the car after the engine was finished
