Seriously I can't believe the experience I had in here this week.nEvery single team member went above and beyond to help me with some important purchases. I wanted a very specific laptop and they made sure all the soecs were what I needed, tracked down where one was and got it organised for delivery for me. Then the next day the manager drove to Brisbane to pick it up for me so I would have it by close of business that day! Seriously who does that??? Absolutely blown away, all the team were on the mission, and all communicated brilliantly with me and amongst each other and didn't drop the ball between team members, it was seamless. Then they helped me make the most of my use of a promo voucher to use on other items I was interested in, giving me honest, genuine advice on what would be suitable, the product knowledge was mind blowing. They even minded my laptop bag while I browsed the store hands free to select my other goods it's hard to lug around the mobile office when shopping. Absolutely recommend this store and the team to help with any electrical applicances, they are the best!
I bought a new Apple iPhone from Joyce Mayne, Chancellor Park and got excellent service from Jacob. Very helpful and patient with me as I am not very tech savvy. Nothing was too much trouble for him and would definitely recommend.
Ordered a ps5 bundle online during black friday sales and unfortunately 2 weeks later the online team said they would not fulfil the order as they sold a product which they do not have the stock of… Thankfully the team at Chancellor Park were legends and took over, sorted something out behind the scenes and fulfilled the order! Couldn’t be happier with the teams service here as the online department were very hard to contact and deal with. Thanks Guys!
