The actual joyce mayne staff were really helpful and friendly, but the delivery driver I think his name was Reece(?) was completely rude and started saying inapropriate comments about my pregnant wife because I didnt want them to just dump the massive fridge in the garage. For that reason I swore I would never buy another thing from them again.

They nailed it...we went to choose appliances for our new home today. 
Ashley the manager was most informative with appliances, friendly and did a great deal for us...highly recommended

Staff are abit rude and try to sell you the most expensive items in the range, not keen to sell you the lesser priced products that are just as good.

Fantastic service, Allan the manager gave me a great deal, he also pointed out I had a instore credit, I forgot about of $45. Bang.

Purchased Samsung Tv with extended warranty.16mths ago. Had issues with TV right from the start and getting worse. Advised Joyce Mayne and they contacted warranty provider who then tried to fleece me out of $166 for pick up and delivery and if they find no fault it will cost me. Samsung the same. 
Extended warranty not worth paper its written on and everyone just passing the buck taking no responsibilty for an obvious faulty unit. 
Going to consumer Affairs tomorrow.
