We were amazed with the GREAT customer service Chris TV Department gave us when we made a few purchases in store. He went above and beyond in all levels. Even phoned a few days later to ensure we were happy with delivery of our goods. 10 out of 10!!! Thanks Chris
Always excellent service above & beyond from the staff which makes us feel like valued customers & not just a transaction - hence why we continue to return time & time again to support this store. Huge thanks to Ashley & the team this week when I had a product out of warranty and had gained no solution nor satisfaction from contacting Sunbeam directly to source a replacement part as the mixer was totally useless without it! I emailed Joyce Mayne Chancellor Park & received a phone call early the next morning & was told to bring in the Mixmaster in & they would replace it. Arrived this morning and was so impressed that the staff were aware & had a replacement Mixmaster waiting for me! Thank You.

Moving house and having a million and one things to do - the team at Joyce Mayne made the process of purchasing a new fridge as simple as possible. I had an awkward fridge space to fill and they were helpful in showing me the options available, and then organised a quick delivery! The process from beginning to end was stress free and communication was fantastic.
