I just had my car repaired at Joondalup Smash Repairs and theirnservice was beyond what I expected. From the moment I first took my car for the initial quote until the day I collected my car after the work had been done, they were very professional and did everything that they said they were going to do, on time and to the highest standard. I was kept informed every step along the way and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting repairs done to their car.

You took care of my car and returned her in amazing condition after she was reversed into while parked. reception was always helpful, kept me informed and welcoming of my calls, and the car was finished exactly when they said it would be, and i noticed they took the time to clean inside my car also! They went above and beyond for me, busy time of year but worth the wait! Cannot recommend enough.
My experience with Joondalup Smash repair was superb. Front desk staff, and the assessor were pleasant, helpful and went out of there way. My car, on completion, looked lovely.
The repair was fixed in the advised time. They did a few bits extra and the car was returned back to me all washed and cleaned. The office staff were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this business for a professional experience.
I dealt with Joondalup Smash Repairs for the first time last month and found the experience to be well managed, well timed and the staff welcoming. I had a minor incident with my letterbox and damaged my Lexus for the first time. My car was having a 7 day break and came back looking just right, fabulous job.
