The repair was fixed in the advised time. They did a few bits extra and the car was returned back to me all washed and cleaned. The office staff were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this business for a professional experience.

You took care of my car and returned her in amazing condition after she was reversed into while parked. reception was always helpful, kept me informed and welcoming of my calls, and the car was finished exactly when they said it would be, and i noticed they took the time to clean inside my car also! They went above and beyond for me, busy time of year but worth the wait! Cannot recommend enough.
I dealt with Joondalup Smash Repairs for the first time last month and found the experience to be well managed, well timed and the staff welcoming. I had a minor incident with my letterbox and damaged my Lexus for the first time. My car was having a 7 day break and came back looking just right, fabulous job. I would definitely recommend Joondalup Smash Repairs for a job well done.
Excellent service. Was ready on original ETA. Repairs to well body rhr panel and paint blending like new off showroom. Their office staff and their trades crew, all round, absolutely wonderful. Can't recommend them enough!
Sometimes it can be hard to trust the automotive industry; however I was pleasantly surprised that JSR exceeded my expectations. I had to take my car back from a previous repair & they were quick, professional and helpful with this service. They also called me as they noticed my car had some other minor damage from a non related incident asking me if I would like them to fix those whilst my car was there & quoted me a price. This was all fixed beyond how I thought it would turn out. When I got my car back I was also even more surprised to see it had been cleaned which I did not expect them to do as it wasn’t a service. They cleaned my tyres & car more than the people that did my last service. They went above & beyond which is incredible & to think I was skeptical before taking it in due to experiences with other automotive companies. Would not hesitate to come here for any repairs I need again. Thankyou to the team at JSR
