I've always found Jones Ballard to be excellent agents. In the past, Bronte and now Hannah are my go to Ladies. If l ever have an issue, Hannah has it sorted quick smart. What's not to love. Lost the owners/their keys and requested us to leave our key under the mat when we weren’t there. No correspondence in regards to building defects mould and painting via email - pretty much ignored, but replied within seconds for home opens and money issues caused due to public holidays. Now a home owner and keen to rent it out - I won’t be using Jones Ballard.
