Coffee was good shame about the gross gossip about the neighbouring cafe. Popular little place , but gossiping with a customer about how bad the service was next door showed a lack of polish I would expect.

This is our go to coffee shop in Wanganui, the coffee is consistently exceptional. We are only in New Zealand once every two years and the coffee here is brilliant every time. We have tried 90% of the coffee shops in Wanganui and honestly in our opinion this coffee shop is worth more than 5 stars. There bowl coffee is awesome.
