Did not have a good experience with this company. I bought a 5 pack of classes, first class went very well then the second was cancelled an hour before class, no reason given. Third class was canceled with a bit more warning, again for no apparent reason. I tried to contact the owner to ask for some kind of refund as I did not have enough time left during my stay to fit 4 more classes in and she has completely ignored me. There are better yoga classes/companies in the area with business owners that take the time to reply to questions and concerns.

There is nothing better than practicing yin or yang yoga at Yoga by the Sea. I've been to the Bondi, Tama and Bronte classes for years, and all offer an outstanding experience in stunning locations. Seeing whales and dolphins are just an added bonus!

After a yoga injury put me away from practice for over a year I finally built up the courage to show up for a class again, after all, what could be more inviting for a come back than stretching my poor muscles by the sea?  Although the class was advertised as "Yin Yoga", gentler and more advisable for beginners,  I think it could better be described as a Hatha class aimed to advanced beginners or intermediate yogis who already have a better understanding of proper alignment.  The class was held in a room at the Tamarama Surf Club, meaning that the only view I got during my workout was that of the wall in front of me, but bending like a pretzel to the sound of the Tasman Sea crushing on Tamarama Beach down below brought out in me meditative states I didn't even know existed.

Highly recommended this Yoga school welcomes casual students- so you can practice Yoga while visiting BONDI. So great to be part of an inclusive Yoga school and there are no lock in monthly fees!!!

I’ve only been to the Bondi classes but I love both the yin and the yang classes. All instructors are great and doing yoga so close to the sea is the best!!!!

Horrible experience! Extremely rude staff, overbooked classes and non-existent customer care. This studio doesn't know how to manage feedback, responds aggressively, doesn't listen and finds the way to blame costumers for their poor management and communication. Instead of providing a solution they rather brag about how "good" they are and tell you to never come back. Class confirmation screenshot attached to expose how the studio doesn't know the difference between feedback and trolling.

I love Yoga By the Sea......Nothing like doing yoga listening to crashing waves of the ocean, smelling the fresh sea air, not to mention amazing teachers...it's my weekly sanctuary.

Seaside Yoga Classes in the most amazing setting you could ask for! ... but after all, this is Bondi : and everything is high standard here!

A great way to start your weekend....Yoga by the Sea reinvigorates and starts your Saturday on a positive and relaxed vibe.
