Great experience with Gail and the team they were very professional in handling our conveyancing needs. The communication was great and Gail represented us above and beyond what we expected. She was extremely organised, very experienced and an absolute pleasure to work with. We have used their services twice now and will be using them in the future.  Don't be fooled by the low cost Conveying adverted else where, you get what you pay for with this team, a no stress transaction. Gail really looks after her clients best interests and makes sure your not caught out with contracts the real estate game is one you definitely want experience and knowledge with and Gail was and continues to be a blessing to work with.

Initially thankful for the service I received until I recently found out that one really important order was missed, now requiring a variation or new application. More legal advice, more $$$.

I have bought and sold several properties over the past 20 years and have found excellent service for all my conveyancing from John & Judy Woulfe.  Recently I have had the pleasure of dealing with Gail Mclean.  Nothing is too much trouble for Gail, she is totally professional and helpful with her advice and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process of selling and purchasing. Thanks Gail for making my settlements a very smooth experience.

Absolutely appalling experience with these lawyers. I went to them to get help with my purchase of a retirement unit. Gail Mclean was unprepared when I met with her and when I asked her to go over a few points she told me it didn’t matter because it wasn’t going to be my problem. The following week I asked her again to explain something to me. Her reply was no, read the disclosure document yourself. Needless to say I was very upset with her rudeness and unhelpfulness. I have used this company previously to do my will but rest assured I will be finding someone else. Only gave them one star as no zero star option!

They got 1 star for being able to do settlement on time. I wish I could give them no star for customer service. Terrible communication if any. Our real estate got another client with them same solicitor Gail McLean and also complained about how long they took to even response to an email. They are cheaper than other good ones, but apparently you get what you pay for. If we could choose solicitor again, we would avoid them at all cost. Lots of hassle, stress, and frustration when dealing with them even though our case is pretty straightforward, no complication

Gail has handled 4 property settlements for my family recently and the prompt and friendly service that the whole team has given us is exemplary.
