The team at Thomas Dental are amazing! The dentists and nurses are very gentle and answer all of my questions thoroughly. They are always honest and provide me with all of the options I have regarding my oral health before treating me. I have been a patient of Thomas Dental for over 3 years now and have always left pleased knowing that I have received care of the highest quality. These guys are the most reasonably priced dentists in Cairns. If you're looking for high quality care from the best dentists in Cairns Thomas Dental is the place to go!

I was very impressed with the high quality service at Thomas Dental. They provided a friendly environment and made me feel at ease. I was able to relax in the waiting room enjoying the TV and surf the internet of the iPads. I was also able to watch the TV on the roof whilst having my treatment. Highly recommend!

My temp filling fell out the night I had it done. I went back the next morning and they weren't open No A.H. or emergency number on the door. I went next door to Steven King Dental. They took a look for free and advised me what to do, they even gave me a small Oral Hygiene Pack. I would recommend going to Steven King instead, I have been going there for past 3 visits and they are excellent .

Awesome Dentist has a great sense of humour that keeps you at ease whilst having your teeth drilled!! Totally Pain free root canals.
