They are unreliable and they sent a young guy who knew nothing to fix my fridge. Seriously it was a joke and I ended up having to get another company to come and fix the problem. DON'T waste you time with these guys!

One of the absolute experiences I have ever had. They clearly stated they would charge $90 call out fee, which I agreed to. Whilst I was speaking to the lovely lady on the phone, she stated that for every 15 minutes it would be $35, and that if they were required to leave the premises to get additional materials that I would not be charged for that. They took my card details and said there would be a 2% charge incurred for paying by card. I booked them in and asked that they please give a call half an hour prior to arrival as I was going to be grocery shopping. They called me at 9am this morning, whilst I was out, and I had to drop everything at the supermarket and rush home. When I arrived home at 9.15am they began working. The two men looked like they were working whilst they were here. The men left approximately at 10.10am to go and get gas to refill the air conditioner. They returned at approximately 11.15am and regased the unit and closed everything off at approximately 11.30am. They then went and sat out the front of my property for 20 minutes, which I timed, whereby they played their music in their 4 wheel drive loudly and just sat in the car. I went out there to ask what they were doing, but before I could even get close enough, they quickly turned off the car and promptly handed me the invoice. They were out there just wasting time to add onto the fee. Whilst they were gone earlier, I contacted a plumbing/air conditioning specialist for some information after they left to retrieve their gas, assuming surely professionals would arrive to a job with at least the majority of the neccessary materials required. The specialist assured me that yes, as this was a refridgeration and air conditioning company that I had contacted, that they should have had some gas bottles of the more commonly used gases to assist in the repairs of the unit readily available and with them on site. When the men finally gave me the invoice at 11.47am, it stated that I was required to pay for: Refridgerant: $220 Testing: $11 Call out: $80 LABOUR: $490 Working out the $490 in 15 minute intervals means they were trying to charge me for 3 and a half hours. When I complained, they rang their boss, who decided to reduce the fee by $70 (half an hour). I raised my issue with being charged for them leaving the site to get materials that are essential for air conditioner repairs, who tried to tell me I had no idea and that they cannot carry the TWELVE different types of gas that air conditioners can require. After trying to discuss this with John for some time, I eventually gave up, realising that I had been swindled and the men were not going to leave my home without the total payment of $731. When I said I was going to pay with cash, John said that it wasnt allowed as I should have had the amount in cash already to pay them, even though I was not aware of how much it would cost, and then allowed me to pay the bill via a bank transfer. In the end, I have paid for 3 hours of labour, when at best the men worked for an hour and a half, and if you include the time spent literally 10 minutes away from my home in the Suburb of Lilydale to collect the gas required, should only have been 2 hours and 15 minutes, not including the time they spent messing around doing nothing out the front of my house. To top it all off, they actually broke a tube on the exterior of the unit and decided to tape it back together, which of course has already come off in the rain we have had today. My son has now just had to go to Bunnings, buy another tube and is connecting it himself. This experience has been traumatic, I feel as if I been bullied and completely taken advantage of. Very disappointed in the service level I have recieved.
