Excellent customer service received from John Hughes Service Centre. Whilst I didn’t purchase my Polo GTI from John Hughes, I decided to take a leap and get the 2nd scheduled service done with John Hughes hoping for a better customer service than experienced elsewhere in Perth and was not disappointed. Following that positive service experience, I decided to have new tyres fitted by the Service Centre this week. I was impressed by the knowledge of John Bilan who offered suggestions of alternative tyres which might better suit my driving needs of the car in the months ahead. Whilst the fitting of the new tyres took a bit longer than expected, I was kept updated of reason for the delay as soon as known and when to expect my car to be ready. I felt well looked after by John and his team. The waiting area is comfortable place to wait and was impressed by the free coffee and friendly staff. All in all a positive service experience!
Really pick your dealer before you pick your car is so true!! After a nightmare experience with servicing at Audi Service in Perth, John Hughes Volkswagen is a breath of fresh air. We were fortunate enough to be paired with Abigail who is the most outstanding CSR we have encountered in a long time. Nothing is too much for her, she is fast and efficient and always mindful of informing the customer should there be any issues.nHaving recently had an issue that I was told would take a week she sorted it to have me out and about in a few hours. Being a one car family that was so important to us especially coming into Christmas. I watched her make phone calls and come up with solutions where others saw problems. She is an absolute asset to VW and John Hughes and she would absolutely be the reason I bought another VW from John Hughes.nThank you Abigail and John Hughes for always being honest and transparent. I have been taking my hyundai to john hughes for i think the last 5 now and they have been an absolute marvel to service my i30 nline with and warranty claims i had were quickly dealt with, i genuinely look forward to many more years using their facilities
My experience with VW was off to an interesting start, as I had my baby with me and thought the service would take at most a couple of hours. This was not the case due to a variety of reasons, however, the person who served me I think it was Amy Turner was so accomodating to that fact, and also because I live regionally, and arranged for me to have a hire car.
