Beautiful setting for today's gathering. Such fond memories from years gone by. Parking inspector was however ruthless taking photos of number plates. We didn't overstay 3 hour limit but may did.
Not crowded with free parking and BBQ picnic area with small playground, short stroll to the shore and dogs friendliness! A cafe with public restrooms which is so important. Carefree to explore and check out the area for speed boat!

Perfect weekend walk and riverside views I like the park facilities and the giant lady and her dog carving is something different

Good family spot by the river. There are free barbecues, toilets and a cafe. The parking can sometimes be busy and the rangers are very active so beware when parking. If the weather is warm bring bathers for a dip in the river. This close to the river mouth the water is sea water.
Nice spot by the Swan river. Public free and hot bbq's and a playground for the kids.
A great park for kids of all ages, toddler to upper primary. Keep an eye on smaller kids however as the river isn’t completely fenced off. The cafe next door is convenient for grabbing a coffee or something to eat. Otherwise, with barbecues available, bring something from home and have a full picnic in this picturesque location. There’s paths that loop around the playground, which was great when playgrounds were closed. Kids could still play on the grass and ride around on bikes or scooters.
Child friendly. Nice play ground. Very clean water too.
