Poor time management waited well over 6 weeks for the drawings to commence was advised 3 weeks no phone contact to advise of delays. Poor communication we had to make all contact. Poor customer service we were left floundering on many occasions minimal assistance provided - our first own home design build. No continuity started with one designer then another took over had no idea what was going on. Charged for services we didn’t request. Would not recommend
