Very unprofessional customer service from Marilyn hung up on me while I was booking my appointment with no apology when I called again. The hairdressers are very nice but I will not be coming back. Update: Judging by the inadequate response I’ve gotten one of those ‘sorry that you feel offended’ statements which are incredibly tone deaf and disingenuous my comments still stand. There’s more nonsense I had to put up with that I didn’t mention in my review but I’m not going to waste my energy on a place I don’t plan on visiting again.
I don't leave negative reviews lightly nor do I wish to say anything negative about anyone but this service is worth mentioning as I am still in shock as how such a professional stylists as Joh can let it happen. I have booked Joh for a cut and blow dry. The cut took 3 minutes and in the 3 minutes that he was physically present, mentally he was else where, looking at clients coming in, talking to random people and absolutely not concentrating on what he was doing. When it came to the blow drying, he called his assistant or intern and he did the blow drying for me. 20 minutes and $330 dollars later, it was an absolute disaster. The secretary looked at me when I was paying as I was in disbelief how he can charge someone $330 for not even being present for the entire service. She said 'that's Joh' and saw that I was not happy and asked 'do you want Joh to go over it?' This is disgusting coming from such a reputable salon. The cut is totally uneven looking at both sides . It can't be stylef or fixed at the moment. I did not compain at the salon as it was too embarassing that I even needed to. The secretary called back that day offering a free blowdry next time. Next time will definitely never happen .Service: Hairstyling
Andrea Oconnelly and Joh Bailey joined as of recently, and the girl who did my highlights did an absolutely awful job. She did two colours on my hair and made me go orange. Also charged me $550. Do not go if you can help it, i made that mistake.

I went for the first time to this salon today. I don’t remember the name of the girl that did my hair, sorry. She was a beautiful blonde girl with long hair. She did one of the best blow drying ever. The girl that washed my hair was also perfect. Best of all: they are very fast. I hate when they take long time to do my hair, since I am not fussy about it. I really recommend it. Great location.

Such a fabulous team of stylists. Marilyn always fits me in and I walk out feeling way more glamorous than I walk in. Bravo!!!
