I never thought about writing a review on here about this florist. It is purely by chance, while ordering another bunch of flowers, that I happened to see these poor reviews of 'Joanne's Flowers'. So, I thought I would contribute my experience. 

It was decidedly disappointing. No attention to detail. They delivered my flowers without the words that I had requested them to write on the card. Moreover, they spelled my name incorrectly...or rather, they used the name on the credit card which was not my name. I rang them and left a message on their voicemail to contact me about my disappointment and they did not even return my call. I was very disappointed as it was Father's Day. The owner sounded very sincere and courteous on the phone which made it even more disappointing as I had trusted her promises.

Horrible, cheap experience. Expensive flowers, ordered 3 days in advance and flowers were not delivered on the correct date. Avoid!!

Prices are exorbitant and service is minimal, this is not helping the struggling Manuka shops

Has a budgie (bird) kept in a tiny cage & left there on its own when the store is closed. Awful - so sad to see

Didn't prepare what was asked for and had  pollen smudged all over the Lilly  ... mostly disappointed you didn't take more pride in your work especially when informed they were condolence flowers
