DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Never have I been more disappoint with a companies customer service. I bought a pair of the $200 Kaia wedge sandles from the Knox city store. The store manager helped me pick the size and assured me they looked great on me and bragged about how comfy they would be so I was happy to pay full price. After one wear the lining tore and rolled underneath the strap causing blisters and cuts on my feet. I took the shoes back and after a lengthy argument with the manager who wanted to send them away for repair when the event I had originaly bought them for was only a few days away, she finally agreed to replace them. Flash forward and 3 light wears later to a couple of restaurants and a bbq at my friends house nothing strenuous the same thing happened again. I took them back last night wanting a refund but willing to accept store credit and have been told flat out no, they will repair them "as a courtesy" but they won't refund a faulty product. I feel I am entitled to store credit as a minimum considering the shoes are faulty and the lack of empathy is ridiculous. I have been told there is no possible way I can speak to someone above the manager and I just have to "deal with what they're offering or nothing". Jo mercer finally contacted me but refused to refund me the full amount as I got them on a buy on get the second pair discounted sale, despite the fact that these were not the pair that got the discount It's gotten so out of hand I've had to put in a complaint with the ACCC.
My husband went into to exchange a pair of shoes he’d brought me in the wrong size. Excellent customer from Cass. She ensured he was in and out quickly. Thank you. Great job!
