Got my entire house re-fitted with Cedar windows & doors with double glazing. Excellent craftsmanship & quality. Great work from a small scale, family run business.

Not sure about their work, never got the chance to find out. Emailed a quote request for a couple of custom doors and called to make sure they got it. Called a week later to see what was going on, no answer, left a message. Still waiting two weeks later. If you can't do the job because you're busy or if you don't want it because it's too small just say you aren't able to do it.....don't just leave potential customers waiting for your response. No response is the worst possible response.

After emailing twice and calling to make sure the email had been received I am STILL waiting for a response. Business must be exceptional not to want new customers and get positive feedback. I'm looking elsewhere!!!!!!
