Very relaxing hour spent with my partner having a partners swedish massage. Can't speak highly enough of the great staff and the relaxing hour being looked after.

A little disappointed 🙁
Had done a lot of research on local places and had chosen this day spa because of the specific range of inclusions in the packages, but first my time was changed at late notice (only slightly - no biggie), then the person who was to do my packages was also changed with no explanation offered. The person who did deliver the services was lovely, but was quite obviously sick with a head cold and did not really know much about the products or services when asked. Although the treatments were good - steps that I had specifically chosen the package for were missed, and the head massage left me with a mess of matted knots in my hair that took a long time to comb out before I left. 
Had been looking forward to this experience for nearly a year and was sadly let down.

Amazing service! Felt like visiting with old friends (except I was being pampered the whole time). I couldn't recommend more highly. I will definitely be going back! Awesome experience.

Beautiful ladies there that treated me like an absolute princess! Would gladly recommend to others :) A lovely way to end a day on a holiday away in Kiama. (anyone interested I recieved the 45min Swedish Arometheraph massage)
