Best jerky I’ve found in Australia by a long shot. A variety of flavors, but nothing beats the original for me. Served by Holly, she gave exceptional service. This is where I’ll be ordering my Christmas presents. Can’t wait to try these beer sticks

Absolutely disgusting, great meat spoiled by a poor mix of spices and incorrect ratio of cure, doesn't matter what flavor, hot tip more vinegar or citric acid instead of using spice oils to cure the meat
Help me I'm addicted............ OK in all seriousness, my local butcher used to sell South African bill tong which is where i would get my fix but unfortunately they stopped selling it due to low sales, meaning i had to find a replacement. I spent nearly 2 good hours searching around the global market but many didn't ship to Australia considering I'm Muslim the bacon products didn't appeal to me. That's when i found Jim's jerky, i fell in love with the beef Drywors they make i cant get enough, at first i used to order a few bags but now i wont settle for anything less then a kilo of the stuff. Great Service + 1 Great Staff + 1 Delivery Time + 1 Quality of product + 1 Pricing & Deals + 1 5/5 stars The best thing is I'm supporting our home grown farmers who always put quality first. In-fact tomorrow I'm going to order me another kilo ! P.S Thank you local butcher for no longer selling jerky. Your sacrifice was well worth it!
I’ve bought Jim’s Jerky couple of times and would have rated it 4 stars. Whilst the original jerky is no where as good as my favourite jerky it has a decent mouth feel and doesn’t crumble too fast. The meat is nice and dry but the flavour is a bit bland and overall it’s a little too sweet. Unfortunately my last order included their kangaroo jerky. Ugh! It’s like eating that awful extruded jerky from the supermarket. It’s oily and far too sweet. The choice to use vanilla in the recipe is mystifying. I get that they’re trying to disguise the gamey flavour of the roo but that takes away the reason I bought the product in the first place. If you’re going to hide the natural flavour so much, you may as well stick to beef. In retrospect, I’ve now looked at the website with a more critical eye. The other products show clear photos of the product outside the packet. You can see the quality and texture of the meat. The other products also have a good description of the flavours. The kangaroo jerky on the other hand just has a photo of the packet and no real description of the flavour. There’s no indication that this is a very different product from their standard offerings. I feel quite deceived.

I never liked any jerky until a colleague brought some Jim's back from Queensland. The quality of the product and the outstanding service I received from Jim's, Katrina in particular was 15 out of 10. I love the Chilli jerky and I am currently sharing my kilo bag amoungst my mates. I cannot recommend this brand highly enough.
Personally I think beef jerky products from this business is one of the most unique oneyet my favorite I found in the market. Unlike some other beef jerky avaliable in some supermarkets which to me just feel n tastes like seasoned fresh beefwhich is no where near the concept of 'jerky' imo, products of Jim's jerky gives a "true jerky" feeling - they are simply dried, spiced beef, I mean, real dried that makes them really chewybut some people might find them too hard to chew so I highly recommend people to give them a try before purchase a lot of them. The flavor tastes perfect to me, personally I like BBQ and piri piri ones, highly recommend.
I recently visited beef week where Jim’s jerry was I purchased a show bag which was supposed to be filled with the jerky of my choice when I got home only then did I realise that the bag had chilli jerky in it when it was suppose to be the original jerky I’m not happy cause I payed good money for a product that I don’t eat let alone like very poor service on the Jim’s Jerry’s behalf I now have to throw it away so because I won’t eat it
Have just drove out to Jim's jerky from toowoomba it is 2.30pm and closed!! The hours say it's open till 4pm not happy waste of time and fuel
