Story

Jillian's Cakery has found a really funky inner city location to put down our roots. Surry Hills! We are located off the main street of Elizabeth and tucked away on the lane-way corner of Reservoir Street and Wright Lane. We are celebrating 2 years of being in business!

Mission

To welcome our patrons with down to earth Southern American hospitality and to nurture the community's soul with honest, delicious fare.

This place a bit ghetto but the ppl who work there are lovely and the cakes are yum. Red velvet cake is the star. Yum. Ask for the cream cheese frosting bit sweet but just don't eat all the frosting and you'll be fine! The interior needs a makeover - so much potential!
Amazing cake Shop. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Best to order your cake 48 hours ahead to avoid disappointment. Having said that I turned up on a Saturday without notice and they had some beautiful while cakes ready to go. I got the Red Velvet in the photo. And the coffee is quite outstanding as a bonus!!
For the best cakes and tarts in town this is a must. The staff are very friendly and service is excellent.
Shame about the "policy" to not accept keep cups and enforce unnecessary landfill on the basis of Covid, contrary to industry guidance.
Amazing cake shop and very friendly service, I always stop in for cake and coffee when in the area. The kids love the cakes
