Terrible and unprofessional customer service with a breach of consumer rights on the side. After being told my online order was in stock I have been waiting over 6 weeks to take delivery. A couple after a week into the wait I chased it up to be told all orders are custom made and take 3 weeks turn around. Two weeks later I asked to cancel the order and for a refund. Owner now claims that she is sending the boots regardless, won't refund the $329 plus shipping I have paid her and that I should be receiving them any day now. Her website is misleading if not a scam. The ACCC is now aware of my complaint.
