First time coming here. Staff are very friendly. The gym abit crowded but I’m impressed the bathrooms very clean and smell good highly recommended:

Good price and generally clean. Club members are nice and happy, not too busy and no reserving machines : trainers are always friendly and helpful too! Thank you bassedean team!

Good gym for the price equipment is always clean, can get busy around 5-6pm but that's the same with most commercial gyms. Could use a few more pieces of equipment like a hack squat machine, longer rope attachments for the cable machines and a barbell jack to make it a bit easier/safer to load the barbell on the deadlifting platform. One problem though is that more often than not, plates are not stacked correctly on the machines and squat racks which can be quite annoying but apart from those small things, it is quite a nice gym and the PTs are good!

This is my local. It is a great little gym.  It is always clean the staff are friendly and isnt normally over crowded.

Glad I joined Jetts Basso! All the staff I encountered are super helpful and want to see their members do well. Equipment is well maintained, and the 24/7 access is a treat :

Ok so I have been at this gym for a while and it is convenient, equipment is up to date and the staff are very friendly but the reason for the 2 stars is how they allow members to work out without a towel. I am sure that one of the agreement is you must have a towel when you are working out. Also staff are present when this is happening but it seems like they do not care.  Update 18/06/2022:  9:30 am. Today most men did not have a towel. There are a few who even did not clean up after they used the cardio equipment. I had to walk out.  I will no longer go to jetts Bassendean.

Very clean and well organised.  Caitlin was great for PT and orientation.

LOVE this place!!! Great staff, coaches, facility, and everyone on the team is super friendly.  It's an intense 30 minutes when you leave you feel amazing and with it your entire sense of well-being!

Been a member since July last year. Staff are friendly and willing to help out, club is well stocked and being 24 hours makes it super easy to get down there. Parking right outside the store and bright lights makes it feel really safe when you do go at those late night hours.
