Jetts Papakura is the now the best gym in South Auckland in my opinion. Since Sam has taken over we have had free classes, free boot camps and free club challenges. The cleanness is really good now. Sam has created such an awesome environment here. I recommend Jetts Papakura to every one.
Awesome experience at this gym. Sammie is an absolutely amazing trainer and hypes everyone up in the room, she’s gentle and friendly and very knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend her and this gym more.

Have been a Jetts member for a long time, usually go to Botany but decided to meet a friend at the Papakura Jetts. I will never return here again. Not only was it dirty but the staff member Sami was completely unprofessional. Interrupting myself and my friend during our workout, making us feel uncomfortable and even went on to tell us it’s okay to swipe our friends in after hours. I don’t agree with this and think it’s unfair and unsafe to let others who do not pay for membership into the gym. She also decided to vacuum while we were there, invading not only my space, but others in the gym. It was loud and definitely not the time to be doing it. The owner needs to address this!
I recently signed up my son to Jetts for 12 months, the staff were friendly. Samie the trainer also signed me up. I requested to get assessed and have a golf programme. Samie contacted me after a few weeks asking if I had any problems. My reply was no as I have not used the gym. I mentioned I wanted the golf program and to get assessed. I texed Samie at 5pm and arranged to meet her to get a program and have a strength test. I showed up the next day and Samie had completly forgotten. I said no worries I just did a 16 hour shift to tired to care A few days later I was as emailed a workout from Jetts St Lukes. I went back to the gym a few weeks later to talk to Samie and asked her if I could be strength tested for a workout, her reply "thats not my job" My thoughts were are you kidding me. I then said to her she should pick up her game at Jetts. Samies reply "No I don't have to" I was unhappy with her work performance I asked her right from the start, that I wanted to be assessed and have a golf workout. Samies attitude when confronted by me was poor and unprofessional This shocked and surprised me after reading Samies story where she states she wants to empower those who use Jetts Papakura. I then decided to cancel my membership and hand in my pass key. I told Samie I was cancelling my membership and was leaving. Her reply "theres the door" No happy want a refund. I find out a week later I need to give 2 weeks notice. So paying for 9 weeks at Jetts Papakura and not doing any work outs.
Amazing manager there her name is Sami always happy to help always going above and beyond to help others , cleaning is amazing
Miss our trainer Sammie there...gym is well equipped and conveniently located.
Nice gym, trainer is really good, clean and tidy equipment
I enjoy coming to jetts because I feel welcomed by people there and the worker Samie
Nicely maintained jetts...but...its getting a bit untidy with things laying around and weights not being stored, there is a chunk of arpet which may become an issue if some one trips over.
