Bought a Jet ski from the Jet ski shop and found the customer service was fantastic. James is very knowledgeable and managed to get me the perfect ski for my requirements. I bought the Ski on Saturday morning and they managed to do a full handover of the Ski by 12pm Saturday afternoon. One of the Techs did a great handover and showed me how to take care of the Ski. Would Highly recommend these guys.
You are not a number. I am a first time Jetski owner - James delivered the ski. Gave me a 1 hour lesson on all the things I needed to know and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. My first trip out and I got some debris caught in the propeller. Although I did not know what it was. The next day James arrived back at the house and showed me where to look and how to clear it out. If you want to be a number go with the big guys. If you want someone that will become a friend of the family and be there for you when you need, then go with Jetskishop.com and James and his family. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience I have had since purchasing. Thank you James.
Bought 2 skis at end of 2022 and help, guidance, support and training from James was 2nd to none. He delivered the skis and spent time helping me learn a few things and park them up on my floating dock. If you’re looking for a ski or advice - use them!
I have just bought a ski from James my experience was amazing. James was very genuine, told us absolutely everything we needed to no about the ski and so much more.He made us understand everything in his hand over of the ski and even when we were buying the accessories told us what we needed and didn't try and up sell the items we didn't need. He told us we could ring him anytime we have questions about the ski and even if it was tips about gr8 locations to go visit. He is a genuine guy that wants whats best for his customers and the skis he sells. Cant thank him enough, so if your looking for a ski, don't go anywhere else go to James as he will definitely look after you.
We had the best experience with James! Went in with no knowledge and left feeling confident and very happy with our new Yamaha jetski and accessories. He took the time to run us through how to use the ski and answered all our questions thoroughly! Highly recommend
I have delt with the jetski shop for many years. james originally helped me with my 2 stroke yamaha gp1200 when all the other shops wanted to sell me something else rather than fix my ski. Since then i have purchased a second hand ski from James and more recently he was able to source me a brand new ski and trailer with warranty for a lot less than the dealers were quoting me. James and all the staff at the jetski shop have always been there to help from things like a flat battery saturday morning right up to designing and fitting a full graphic kit and aftermarket upgrades to my new ski. I have found there service to be second to none and i wouldnt shop anywhere else.

Our dealings with The Jetski Shop in Ashmore have been nothing short of impressive. Excellent service, nothing has been too difficult for them. Friendly and helpful, James and his staff have been great and have gone out of their way to look after us. We purchased a second hand ski from them and ended up with a better deal than anything we could find in the private sale market, and the peace of mind of a warranty as well. We're so happy with our purchase and the professional support we've received. Embarrassingly, I managed to scratch the hull on my first ride. Although our transaction was finalised James still offered to repair the damage for free, thanks again for that. Through our dealings I've gained complete faith in this business and would never never go anywhere else let alone buy privately again. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to do business with them. Keep up the great work guys. Definitely five thumbs up.
Excellent sales and customer care. This was my first jetski purchase and the Jetski shop team are genuinely interested in what you want to by not want they can sell you. I went to multiple shops and Jetski shop had the best customer service, best advice and very understanding of some one who asks a lot of questions. James fantastic no sales pressure conversation and great advice on type of ski to buy based on my requirements. Conrad thank you for your time and introduction to the ski, also for the ongoing support and answering of my questions. Fantastic service and I highly recommend if you are buying a ski, just go in to the jet ski shop and have a chat before buying anywhere else.
I live in Darwin and have just had delievered two used Seadoo Spark that were purchased from James. The service provided by James and the whole team has been amazing. The communication, service and support has been exceptional. Living in the Northern Territory, James arrange everything for the two Spark to be delievered from his shop to Darwin without a hassle. James went above and beyond arrange the set-up of the two Sparks on a trailer and took care of all deliver arrangement. If you are looking to purchase a Jetski you cannot goes past James for exceptional customer service.
