The place is really nice and the staff are great. The variety of machines and exercises to choose from are abundant. There is a vast spectrum of ethnicity and age of people. Great place to work out, going for a few years and no complaints
Joined up yesterday and my first visit this morning. Michael the manager was on the ball and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I have been going to Jetts Brandon park for the past 6-7 years. Great gym with plenty of space inside and the equipment has also been upgraded over time. Plenty of parking available. Thumbs up for cleanliness and the helpful staff.
Small but great. Staff are really helpful, Gym is always clean, weights are always put back and there's a nice atmosphere. Users are courteous and always clean up after themselves.
Training here for just over a year now and everyone is always friendly and welcoming, trainers are all top folks! I've trained in a number of gyms and the dynamic is always different With Jetts BP you get nice, secure, well maintained and tidy omg its always clean and weights are always racked! space! Definitely worth a join I say :'
Fantastic gym, nice new equipment after the refurb, friendly staff, Micheal Collins the PT gives fantastic tailor made training and is very helpful around the gym. The only issue with the gym really are the customers as some of them don't have consideration for the next person using the equipment and don't wipe down the equipment after using it and the body odour aswell!! The gym supplies showers and also keeps anti-perspirant spray please use these things provided so everyone can enjoy their workout.
This is a good gym. BUT the music they play is sooooo loud. And often there isn't a staff member around to ask them to turn it down. Not everyone wants to listen to their choice of music and why should I go dead turning my own headphones up to try and block out the gym music. It ruins the experience.
Jetts is an amazing place, especially if you are a J series member. Passionate, nice and omg hot looking coaches are always ready to guide you through your workout. Brandon branch is 24/7.
Hey Joel, if reviews could let us give 0 stars i'd have given you a 0! when some one calls to sign up, and informs you that your staffed hours they cannot make it. DO NOT LIE TO THEM and say the other clubs are open the same hours as you!!!!! Further, maybe work a little on your customer service skills. The customer should not have to sit there and deal with your excuses as to why you cant sign them up... IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB... leave mate. Because i tell ya what....you are an embarrassment to that club and by far not an asset. Should the management at Jetts wish to contact me i would love to explain why i wrote this whole review and what really happened.... PS- HANGING UP ON POTENTIAL MEMBERS PROBABLY NOT A GREAT IDEA EITHER. kindest Regards, Meena
Basic set up. Modern equipment though. Gets busy in the evening. Best to go in the morning before work - between 4am & 5.30am. Plenty of parking out front. 24/7 access.
