Pizzas are average, and that's fine. It's your average run of the mill pizza shop, cheap ingredients and below par dough. The issue I have with Hallam Jesssies is their customer service and screwing up the order constantly. Some of the staff are extremely rude and don't care. I ordered 3 large pizzas tonight and I was quoted a 3 large pizza deal, they never clarified and that is the final straw from a host of problems I've had with them. Zero stars!
Got a pepperoni pizza, the cheese is on top of the toppings which was very strange and it was clearly pre shredded cheese because it was burnt that brown colour that pre shredded goes in an oven. The dough was the same generic dough that all these places use, bland and uninteresting. For $10.50 I could have gotten a whole meal at Hungry jacks instead of a small pizza. Overpriced for what you get.
I am so disappointed tonight. My wife ordered a pizza, pasta, beef ribs and coke. They missed the pasta, ribs tasted terrible and dry , hopefully they will improve their quality , tonight we don’t really think the food is worth the price. My wife likes their pizza, but I think I wouldn’t order their pizza near future. I may look for another pizza shop. We have been ordered their pizza many times since long time ago. So disappointed.
Lady on phone real rude took order one pizza garlic bread and coke to Dandenong South 3 km she covered pH said he wants only one pizza to dandy , she said can't do ,I said website says delivery max 7 km manager got on said two he's drivers called in sick lol only get delivery if worth it for them , after seeing previous reviews did me favour , ended up spending 59,90 at pizza hut Dandy pasta and pizza divine and Italian so glad she rude being pizza hut Ev night fallen in love with pizza and wings again so thanks for turning my order down rude lady and malr manager that thought driving 5 KMs wasn't worth $40
Pizza is above average, ribs are well above average. One of better Pizza places in the surrounding areas. For the price you pay this is unreal bang for buck! Would strongly recommend

Been ordering the Macedonian for ages now. The last 2 times I've ordered it, it's been very average. Both times it's been lacking flavour, something about it was just different. Not enough of something or too much of something else... can't quite pick it. Hopefully third time lucky otherwise I won't be going out of my way for these pizzas anymore. Quality has definitely dropped. * just an update for this review Ordered the usual again today and the pizza was as great as it was in the past. So maybe it depends who's making the pizzas. If the quality keeps up then I'd definitely be rating 5 star.
Absolutely disgusting service! Paid double what I normally pay at the normal pizza shop Mimos in Hampton Park. Asked for a cold Pepsi Max twice. Got delivered a hot Pepsi. Delivery driver did not offer to perhaps drop off Pepsi Max. Rang manager told him I got hot Pepsi and paid double to what I normally do. Did not offer solution. I told him I will not be coming back. I will be going back to Mimos Pizza in Hampton Park who provide great customer service. Manager just said sorry. So disappointing. I paid double and expected great service. Quite the opposite.
